Here's what is Included

Irrigation inspection typically includes a thorough evaluation of the entire irrigation system. This involves checking for leaks, ensuring proper water distribution, examining sprinkler heads, and assessing the functionality of pumps and timers. Additionally, the inspection may review moisture levels and provide recommendations for optimizing irrigation efficiency. Overall, the goal is to ensure the system operates effectively and conserves water. Operate all zones or stations on the system through the controller;

Absence of a rain or moisture sensor;

Inoperative zone valves;

Surface water leaks;

Absence of a backflow prevention device;

Absence of shutoff valves between the water meter and backflow device;

Deficiencies in the performance and mounting of the controller;

Missing or damaged components; and

Deficiencies in the performance of the water emission devices; such as, sprayer heads, rotary sprinkler heads, bubblers or drip lines.
